Final BJ

In the New York Times column by David Brooks entitled What the Working Class is Still Trying to Tell Us (Nov. 8, 2018), how does Brooks say the educated white collar class has made life difficult for the working blue collar class? Do you think most informed Americans would agree with Brooks that if labor markets are reformed and the value and dignity of work is restored that working class culture may return to the center of our cultural life like it was in the 1970s and 1980s? Provide examples from any of your reading, your conversations with other Americans or your experience to support your evaluation of the author's assertion.
