In The New York Times editorial by Nicholas Kristof entitled "Inequality Is a Choice" (May 9, 2015), why does Kristoff follow in Joseph Stiglitz's footsteps when he says "Inequality is a matter not so much of capitalism in the 20th century as of democracy in the 20th century."? Do you think most informed Americans would find Kristoff's characterization of the problem with inequality to be accurate?
